Project ADYA
Accelerating Dreams of Young Aspirants

A school-to-career mentoring program

EMPOWERING GIRL CHILD

SLAP and Ramboll, India joined hands to create a gender-just world by providing mentoring to teenage girls from low-income families.

Through ADYA (shakti in Hindi), 18 meritorious girls were given tools & resources to chalk out paths to their chosen careers. They:

1. Met successful women role models
2. Received career counseling from subject experts
3. Had individual mentors to help resolve their personal challenges
4. Learnt essential skills in today's digitized world - digital literacy, effective communication, and public speaking.
